Criss Cross Company's U.S. Sales and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We are happy to serve you and hope you will enjoy every product you buy from us, either from our Online Store www.crisscrosscompany.com or from any retail shop that sells our products. (To make it visually easier for both of us, we'll refer to these entities as the "Criss Cross Company Store" in this Sales and Refund Policy).
The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at the Criss Cross Company Store, you agree to the terms set forth and below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Standard Return Policy
We hope and believe that you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the Criss Cross Company Store. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
For any undamaged products, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we'll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:
- Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
- Criss Cross Company Store Gift Cards can not be returned.
- In case of items returned with a gift receipt, Criss Cross Company Store will offer you a Criss Cross Company Gift Card.
How to Return an Item
Please send an email to crisscross@crisscrosscompany.com or a letter to Criss Cross Company LLC, 17 Lake Drive, Riverside, CT 06878 USA with the details of the product or products you would like to return.
Use the original packaging or any equivalent package to return the product. You may be responsible for the correct labeling and payment of the necessary return fees. Please use a tracking for your shipping to make sure to prove the delivery to us.
Refunds
Once we receive your undamaged item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
I you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days or a receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Exchange an Item
If you want to exchange an item, please send an email to crisscross@crisscrosscompany.com or a letter to Criss Cross Company LLC, 17 Lake Drive, Riverside, CT 06878 USA with the details of the product or products you would like to exchange. Use the original packaging or any equivalent package to return the product. You may be responsible for the correct labeling and payment of the necessary return fees. Please use a tracking for your shipping to make sure to prove the delivery to us.
Once we receive your undamaged item, we will send you the exchanged product. A refund or charge of any balance difference is initiated immediately. The way your refund or additional costs are processed depends on your original payment method.
California Consumer Rights Notice
This section applies only to residents of Califonia.
In accordance with the California law, if a return policy is not clearly posted, customers may return items within 30 days.
